Any time Is Salad Time
Any time is salad time - I recently developed a love for and fascination with salads. Whenever I made salads in the past I never really put much thought into them; salads always felt a bit like a medicine I had to take rather than a tasty, filling dish to enjoy. I have recently discovered so many salad ideas online that have inspired me to create and experiment with my own. I now eat salads every day sometimes twice a day. Starvation Diets Do Not Work
It can seem that a drastic reduction of calories is a viable method to shed pounds quickly but this is not a long term solution. The only long term solution to weight gain is to find ways to develop new habits. Take it slowly, change one thing about your eating and exercise at a time. Don't try to change all your habits at once. Habit change is the key.
