I've become really inspired by Tosca Reno and her late husband Robert Kennedy (Founder of Oxygen Magazine) thanks to Norma who educated me on who Robert Kennedy was in a comment in one of my recent posts. It was then that I found out that Tosca Reno was married to him...what an awesome duo they must have been!

Any time Is Salad Time

Any time is salad time - I recently developed a love for and fascination with salads. Whenever I made salads in the past I never really put much thought into them; salads always felt a bit like a medicine I had to take rather than a tasty, filling dish to enjoy. I have recently discovered so many salad ideas online that have inspired me to create and experiment with my own. I now eat salads every day sometimes twice a day. So if you're not eating a salad a day, check out online recipes, you'll be pleasantly surprised at the variety of salad ideas that are bound to make you fall in love with salads too.
