Starvation Diets Do Not Work

It can seem that a drastic reduction of calories is a viable method to shed pounds quickly but this is not a long term solution. The only long term solution to weight gain is to find ways to develop new habits. Take it slowly, change one thing about your eating and exercise at a time. Don't try to change all your habits at once. Habit change is the key.

I Often Go On A Liquid Fast


I often go on a liquid fast a couple of days a week. I never take just water. Instead, I'll have maybe six glasses of vegetable and fruit juices a day. -Paul Lynde
