Seven Days Without Exercise Makes One Weak

This is so true, in more ways than one...I know when I miss my workouts I feel worse with each passing day, both physically and psychologically. Conversely when I get myself moving even for a power-walk outside I feel invigorated, more confident and proud of myself.
