Try New Food Combinations.

Experimenting with new food combinations is a great way to make healthy eating more exciting.

This is a picture of one of my meals today. It's a mixture of  a chopped celery, raisins, cranberries and goji berries. It's the first time I've eaten raw celery because I don't really like the taste very much but it tastes great when mixed with the berries and raisins.

Train Outside Your Comfort Zone

Train outside your comfort zone - Your comfort zone is the biggest obstacle to your fitness and weight loss...so always train outside it.

A study carried out in 1996 by sports scientist Professor Izumi Tabata found that training outside of your comfort zone or, to use the technical term, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) - four times a week achieved the same benefits as someone who trained five times a week doing, steady, long-duration cardio work. -Matt Hussey
