I've become really inspired by Tosca Reno and her late husband Robert Kennedy (Founder of Oxygen Magazine) thanks to Norma who educated me on who Robert Kennedy was in a comment in one of my recent posts. It was then that I found out that Tosca Reno was married to him...what an awesome duo they must have been!

I intend to read up more about her and her late husband's work as part of my ongoing fitness research. HERE IS A LINK to her blogger blog in case you would like to find out more about her too.
